Located on a seaside peninsula near Boston, this family had owned the house for a number of years – but were outgrowing it.
With such a prime location, they chose to expand rather than move.

They desired a new Greatroom addition with a Master Suite above and large garage below. Great views of the ocean are available from each floor.
The new entry stair leads to the front door and into the expanded living spaces.
French doors lead out to the expansive deck with its sweeping views.
