It’s a 3500 sf, 1913 brick
Colonial Revival house that had been renovated several years earlier for this
professional couple. They knew before moving in that it needed all new
wiring, a new kitchen and complete redecorating. .....but it wasn't until after they
lived in it for a while that they began to see what it really lacked..... These Clients wanted: More space in three key rooms. Better circulation from
room to room. Improved views of the beautiful property & An elegant terrace for outdoor entertaining. We
created these things
